1. Acceptance of Terms and Conditions

By using the M5 Info Solutions Private Limited online fruits and vegetables sales platform/app ("Taza.co.in"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Platform.

2. Registration and Account

    a. Account Creation: To use certain features of the Platform, you may be required to create an account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating your account and to update it as necessary to keep it accurate.

    b. Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.

3. Ordering and Payments

    a. Order Placement: You may place orders for fruits and vegetables through our Platform/ app. By placing an order, you agree to pay all charges associated with the order, including product prices, taxes, and a minimum order value as specified from time to time, and shipping fees as applicable.

    b. Payment: We accept various payment methods, including credit cards, UPI and other forms of electronic payment. By providing payment information, you represent and warrant that you have the legal right to use the payment method for more details refer privacy policy.

4. Order Confirmation and Acceptance

Upon placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation on the app or other communication methods we offer. This confirmation is followed by an order acceptance confirmation via WA and or update in the APP (My Order), upon acceptance of your order by Taza.co.in.

5. Delivery and Returns

    a. Delivery: All deliveries will be done within a specific time window of 6am to 10am on the day+2 from the date of order. As our USP of the platform is to harvest the produce once the order is received. We will make commercially reasonable efforts to deliver your order to the address you provide within the specified timeframe. Delivery may be subject to additional terms and conditions in specific cases.

    b. Returns: Please refer to our Refund Policy for information on returns and refunds.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, logos, and intellectual property on the Platform are the property of M5 Info Solutions Private Limited. You may not use or reproduce these materials without our express written permission.

7. Privacy

Your use of the Platform/ App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which outlines how we collect, use, and protect your personal information, refer privacy policy on our platform/app.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account or access to the Platform at our discretion, without notice, for any violation of these Terms and Conditions or for any other reason.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available." We make no warranties or representations about the accuracy, reliability, completeness, or suitability of the Platform for any purpose.

10. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly. Despite above for any reason to lability of the company shall be limited maximum to the extent of the value of the respective order.

11. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of INDIA. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bangalore.

12. Dispute Resolution

-The parties shall use all reasonable endeavour to resolve amicably. However, any dispute or difference either in interpretation or otherwise, of any terms of this User Agreement between the parties hereto, the same shall be referred to an independent arbitrator who will be appointed by M5 and his decision shall be final and binding on the parties hereto. The above arbitration shall be in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 as amended from time to time. The arbitration shall be held in Bangalore. The High Court of judicature at Bangalore alone shall have the jurisdiction and the Laws of India shall apply.

13. Changes to Terms and Conditions

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website with the effective date. Your continued use of the Platform after such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms and Conditions.

Refund Policy

1. Refund Eligibility

At M5 Info Solutions Private Limited we are committed to providing high-quality fruits and vegetables to our customers. We understand that there may be situations where you may need to request a refund. Refunds are eligible under the following conditions:

    a. Quality Issues: If you receive fruits or vegetables (items) that are damaged, spoiled, or not of the expected quality, you may be eligible for a full refund. Please provide clear photographic evidence of the issue and return the items at the time of delivery to the delivery person.

    b. Wrong Item Delivered: If you receive the wrong item(s) in your order, we will promptly arrange for the correct item(s) to be delivered to you at no additional cost. You can also choose to receive a full refund for the wrongly delivered item(s).

2. Refund Process

To initiate a refund request, please follow these steps:

    a. Perishable Goods: Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds for fruits and vegetables that have been opened or partially consumed.

    b. Change of Mind: We do not offer refunds for items that were purchased but are no longer wanted or needed.

Orders cancelled after 9 am of the day before the scheduled delivery date may not be eligible for a full refund. Wallet Feature Terms and Conditions

1. Wallet Functionality

Taza.co.in offers a wallet feature that allows you to store and manage credit for future purchases. This credit can be accumulated through:

Refunds issued for returned or cancelled orders (as per our Refund Policy).

Top-ups made using various payment methods available on the platform.

2. Using Wallet Credit

Wallet credit can be redeemed for full or partial payment of your orders on the Taza.co.in platform. The available wallet balance will be displayed at checkout.

3. Validity of Wallet Credit

Wallet credit does not have an expiry date. However, M5 Info Solutions Private Limited reserves the right to implement an expiry policy for wallet credit in the future, with prior notice.

4. Limitations

Wallet credit cannot be directly transferred to another user's account.

M5 Info Solutions Private Limited implements industry-standard security measures to protect your wallet balance and transaction history. However, you are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials to prevent unauthorized access to your wallet.

These Wallet Feature Terms and Conditions are subject to the Terms and Conditions of Taza.co.in.

Subscription Orders Terms and Conditions

1. Subscription Availability

Taza.co.in may offer subscription options for regular deliveries of fruits and vegetables. These subscriptions can be customized based on frequency and content (pre-defined box options or custom selections).

2. Subscription Activation

To activate a subscription, you will need to choose your preferred plan, delivery frequency, and billing cycle. Payment for the subscription will be processed using the payment method linked to your account.

3. Subscription Modifications and Cancellations

You can manage your subscription through the "Plan/ Subscriptions" section of your Taza.co.in account. This section allows you to:

View your active subscriptions

Change delivery frequency or content (if applicable)

Skip upcoming deliveries (with a minimum notice period)

Cancel your subscription

4. Subscription Refunds

Refunds for subscription orders will be processed in accordance with our Refund Policy. If you cancel your subscription before the next billing cycle, you will not be charged for future deliveries. However, refunds for unused portions of the current billing cycle may be subject to pro-ratio based on delivered items.

5. Subscription Term and Renewal

Subscriptions can be renewed at the end of the chosen billing cycle. You will receive a notification reminder before each renewal.
